That Movie

This is a question for Mr Guy Russo

Mr Guy Russo,

Mr Russo you recently stated in a series of Mcdonalds television commercials That the film “Super Size Me” was the work of an irresponsible man who ate nothing but “Maccas” and as a direct result made himself ill. You conclude by saying “Well, we could have told him that” I agree with you the experiment was fairly fool hardy and that the outcome was inevitable. Still your foresight for cinematic plot lines is of some use to me.

While “Super Size Me” had an obvious out come I had rather hoped you could help me with the much more cryptic “Donnie Darko”? Like I mean was he some sort of super hero or somethin’? and did he die in the end or was it all a dream? Also “Gone With The Wind” what was the deal there? Like if that couple loved each other so much why did that big war happen? Oh and if Donnie Darko did die. How come I saw him in “The Day After Tomorrow? Huh?

It’s one thing to pre-determine the eventual collapse of a human liver after a month long diet of the worlds leading fast food franchise. It’s another thing entirely to help me understand these much more complex plots.

I look forward to your reply,
Ian Baddley
